Our Story
Ozria Consulting was founded by Michaela and Sem, two forward-thinking entrepreneurs who kept seeing the same issues across fast-growing businesses: messy accounts, overwhelmed teams, and financial problems that never seemed to get fully resolved.

Sem brings a strategic understanding of how businesses operate behind the scenes. His background in advisory, planning and operational leadership allows him to see how finance, operations and strategy connect — and how to turn that into scalable, repeatable systems. His vision sits at the core of Ozria’s foundation-first methodology.

Michaela began her accounting journey at 16 and went on to spend over a decade resolving complex reconciliations, stabilising multi-entity groups, preparing companies for audit and rebuilding broken processes.

Together, Sem and Michaela built Ozria Consulting​ around an action-first approach focusing on fixing problems at the root and providing long-term support so the same problems don't arise.
