These Website Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ozriaconsulting.com (the “Site”), operated by Ozria Consulting Ltd (“Ozria Consulting”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Important: The Site is for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice. Results and case studies are illustrative and are not guarantees of future performance. See §7 and §6.

2) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
3) Using our Site (acceptable use)

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You must not:

The Site is currently brochure‑only: we do not provide user accounts, client portals, or take payments on the Site. If we introduce portals, accounts or paid services in the future, additional terms will apply and you will be asked to accept them at that time.
5) Intellectual property & permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site - including text, images, graphics, case studies, logos, and trademarks - is owned by Ozria Consulting or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may:

download or print brief extracts for your internal business use and for non‑commercial reference, provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright notices.
You may not:

republish Site content (including on another website), sell, rent, or sub‑license material from the Site;

6) Case studies, testimonials & results - no guarantee
The Site may include case studies, testimonials, examples, metrics, and results from specific client engagements. These are provided for illustrative purposes only and may be anonymised or summarised. Past performance and outcomes are not a guarantee of future results. Results vary depending on each client’s circumstances, data, and implementation.
Publication of case studies does not constitute an offer of services or a performance commitment. Any engagement with Ozria Consulting will be governed by a separate written contract.
7) No advice & no reliance
The content on the Site is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice (including financial, investment, legal, or technical advice). You should obtain appropriate professional advice before taking, or refraining from, any action based on the Site’s content.
We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up‑to‑date but make no representations, warranties, or guarantees (express or implied) that the content is complete, accurate, or current.
8) Blog comments & likes (user content)
We may enable comments and likes on blog posts. If you submit a comment:

Rules: Do not post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content; do not impersonate others; do not include confidential or personal data that you do not wish to make public.

Moderation: We may moderate, edit, or remove comments at our discretion and without notice. We are not obliged to monitor all comments.

Licence you grant us: By posting a comment, you grant Ozria Consulting a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute your comment on the Site and in our promotional materials, in any media, with necessary edits for length/clarity.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your comments. Views expressed in comments are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect Ozria Consulting’s views.
9) Downloads, whitepapers & templates (licence)
From time to time, we may make downloadable materials (e.g, PDFs, checklists, templates) available. Unless we state a different licence on the download page, you may use such materials for your organisation’s internal business purposes only. You must not redistribute, resell, or publicly host our materials, and you must not remove any proprietary notices.
10) Third‑party tools, embeds & links
The Site may include links to third‑party websites or use third‑party embeds/tools (e.g. video players, scheduling widgets, form tools, analytics, security features). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third‑party content, policies, or practices. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site shall not exceed £100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ozria Consulting, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

You may link to our homepage in a fair and legal way that does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not:

16) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
